A：We currently ship to The U.K. and U.S. only.

Q：Which areas will you not ship to?
A：We currently won't ship to Alaska/ Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Protectorates, Africa, Asia, Central America  and Caribbean, Europe, Middle East, North America, Oceania, Southeast Asia, South America, PO Box.

Q：Do I need to pay for shipping？
A：No, WisFor provides free shipping for all orders.

Q：How will my delivery be shipped?
A：We will choose the carrier that works best for customers.

Q：I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
A：We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. However, our products are not always sent together because different shipping options are sometimes used, depending on the product and the availability thereof. You will receive a shipment notification email when the product is shipped.

Q：Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
A：Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is on the way.
